My wife and I relocated to the great state of Texas in 2008. After 10 years we really missed our hometown Chicago BBQ (not available in Texas). After time went by, we began doing our own BBQ. I decided to create my own marinade, and stumbled upon a unique creation that can be used as a sauce, marinade, dip, or condiment. Now it’s time to share it with you!
